Jeanette has led corporate human resources, including talent management, diversity & inclusion, organizational development, and enterprise learning functions at global Fortune 500 organizations, privately held companies and start-ups (Intel, American Express, Pitney Bowes, Amgen, and Igloo Products Corp). Jeanette has also served as an interim HR executive in several companies. She is committed to helping organizations perform more successfully while supporting all.

Jeanette holds a doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, a Masters of Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from American University in Washington, D.C. She is a certified Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute and a certified Talent Optimization Consultant. She also holds a certificate in neuroscience and leadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute and is certified in the Neurolink suite of tools.
