How Retained Search Works

Like all Parrish Partners services, our retained search work is a partnership between our clients and consultants. Our clients pays a retainer fee for the search consultant’s services (typically, the fee will be billed in three or four stages over the course of the assignment). Retained searches are for positions that pay US$100,000 and above. In a Parrish Partners retained search, the principal stays with the process from startup through candidate hire, through the first year of employment. Parrish Partners also offers executive on-boarding services to accelerate integration and maximum performance.
