He received a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, served an internship at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Cincinnati where he was subsequently a staff psychologist on its inpatient ward and also at its outpatient clinic. He was an instructor at the University of Northern Kentucky and developed a small private practice. He gradually became more involved with business leaders and managers, and found that he very much enjoyed working and contributing in corporate and organizational environments.
Dr. Norm believes in the power and potential of the human spirit, and knows that today’s leaders need considerable preparation, training and guidance. Just as a successful athlete trains and prepares, learns from mistakes and never gives up, so must the successful leader. Dr. Norm helps individuals and teams develop and sustain a winning attitude, a compelling direction and a commitment to continuous improvement. He helps individuals: a) become stronger leaders, and b) manage their careers more effectively.
